Since joining the firm in the mid 1980s and becoming a principal in 1997, Rafael has become a cornerstone at Urbahn, influencing all corners of the firm’s practice. His deep understanding of client needs, honed through his experience in all practice areas and his role in business development, allows him to assemble teams and develop strategies that not only meet but exceed expectations. Rafael’s ability to connect with people on a personal level, share engaging and insightful stories, and build lasting relationships has been a key factor in Urbahn’s success.
